We work with one of the largest job boards and an external resource company, so that we have access to all available candidates. 

Candidates are fully registered in line with the REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation) guidelines and will be asked to provide identification documents.  They will be either interviewed face to face at Avon House in Shirley or via social media video call at a time that suits them, prior to them being introduced to yourself. Each candidate will also complete a Numerical and English test.
